Marc graduated in 1985 and participated in football, basketball, track and field. During his career, he earned five letters: three in basketball and one in track and field and one in football. He had the pleasure of playing on the 1984 football team that won the school’s first Mid-State League championship.

Marc earned All-League honors in basketball during his junior and senior years as he led the Vikings in scoring and rebounding . In his senior year he received the Bob Bowsher Award as Pickaway County’s Player of the Year, Mid-State League Player of the Year, 1st Team All-District and 2nd Team All Ohio.

Marc attended the University of Rio Grande on a basketball scholarship. He was captain of the team his senior year.
